Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Paweey handles free plans, paid subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment issues.

1. Free plan
Paweey's Basic/Free plan has no subscription charge. Free plan limits, features, and availability may change as the product evolves.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans, when enabled, renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout.
Subscription prices, billing period, taxes, currency, and plan features are shown before purchase.
3. Cancellations
Owners may cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal when available. Canceling usually stops future renewal, while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app, closing the browser, ignoring reminders, or not using the service does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
4. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly promised in a separate written offer, Paweey does not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, user error, forgotten cancellation, pet inactivity, missed reminders, or account non-use.
If Paweey makes a billing error, contact support@paweey.com and we will review the issue.
5. Failed payments, taxes, and chargebacks
If payment fails, access to paid features may be paused, downgraded, or canceled. You are responsible for valid payment details, applicable taxes, bank fees, chargebacks, currency conversion, and accounting records needed for your own use.
Abusive chargebacks or unpaid balances may result in account restrictions.
